How to block the file upload window in the browser (Mozilla)?

It is necessary to implement somehow blocking the file upload form in Firefox (including drag & drop to the upload forms).
Perhaps someone knows how to do this with third-party software, or point to the essence of how to intercept the transfer of a file to the browser, or maybe there is some kind of plugin?
