How to block someone else's extension in the Chrome Web Store?

I am releasing one extension for Google Chrome browser. It has a check whether the user is in the same VKontakte group or not. If it does, then the extension works fine, otherwise it refuses to run.
I have one detractor. He took my extension and changed the group id for verification and published it in the store.
Is there any way to remove the stolen extension? Or even block his account (three other people's projects have already been stolen). If this is possible, please share detailed instructions

Google has a helpdesk. Well, plus in the store there is a button to complain. There, of course, those are still robots, but you can try.
