How to block inline JS scripts on a page?

Welcome all!
In general, such a question has ripened - how can you block built-in inline JS scripts that are written in the html document itself? Adblock Plus is powerless here, since it only works with included files, but not with html markup. Is there any other app/browser add-on that can do the job? Thanks in advance.
