How to block host by mac address from external network?

How to block host by mac address from an external network. Help solve the problem. there is a remote host that is trying to brute access to Mikrotik from an external network. I would like to set up blocking not of ip addresses, but of mac addresses. Please tell me how to implement. The rule created with the addition in the advanced -> scr.Mac Address tab does not work.

You will not block in any way, as it is correctly written above - you see the MAC of the operator's router closest to you, and not the original MAC of your opponent.
The real MAC is visible only at the level of one physical network, when moving from network to network, the MAC changes to the MAC of the last router.
