Laptops using the functions "hanging" on the same function keys (from F1 to F12) can usually disable the touchpad (or the "button" directly on it), and very rarely the keyboard. To enter the BIOS for this, it’s not that it’s not necessary, anyway, it most likely simply isn’t there (I just saw the touchpad turn off in the laptop’s BIOS).
You can disable the input at all, both the keyboard and the mouse / touchpad by writing a "script" or by googling, it's so simple .
