It is required to block social networks in the office. Decided to do it through a cisco router looking outward using acl. But having blocked the ip addresses responsible for fb.com and instagram.com, I put whatsapp in parallel, which is unacceptable. The same situation with ok.ru and mail.ru. Questions:

How to find out the ip addresses of services that are responsible for fb.com and instagram.com and do not affect the operation of whatsapp?

The easiest way (87... - ip vk). It is possible to register addresses directly in hosts.
And even easier - do not block. This is a very bad practice if people want to sit in the social. networks, they will do it from the phone. In this way, you express your extreme distrust of the workers, and if you do not trust them, why are you keeping them?
