How to block all Russian-language sites?

Many people recommend immersing themselves in the language environment for effective language learning. In IT, English is important, but for me it is zero. I'm going to start with little things, change the language of the PC and phone OS. If possible, isolate from yourself the language that I know. Sites, movies, etc.. Is it possible to block browsers from Russian-speaking sites? Also interesting is the opinion of those who have gone through a similar path. So far, there is no way to go to courses or move to an English-speaking country. Only homeless ways.

Woe from the mind.
In everything you need to know the measure, and not engage in stupidity.
PS: Install the Tempermonkey or Greacemonkey add-on in the browser, which allows you to execute user scripts.
And write simple crap in JS if the site being opened contains Russian - body { display: none; }
Plus, create an English account in Google, specify a foreign proxy and a location such as the USA.

With sin in half, you can block sites that are hosted in Russia, for example, but this is a half measure.
And so, if you do not have enough self-control not to go to Russian-language sites, then there is reason to doubt your ability to work in such an area as IT. It takes patience.

Try to somehow cut out Cyrillic fonts from the OS.
But it still doesn't do much. I advise you to go to courses where they quickly explain the rules. First of all, what is an article must be understood, then what are auxiliary verbs.
Article and Auxiliary verbs are everything that keeps the whole English language. Not for nothing, even The is considered the most popular word. Which is not translated, but plays the most important role in the language along with a and an incl.

Immersion doesn't work that way
You need to speak English in everyday life
For this, it is better to visit a place on vacation / weekends where volunteers communicate only in English
Alternatively, make a schedule where you read the news in English aloud for 1-2 hours a day and 1 -2 hours of listening to podcasts with repeated phrases out loud
You need to get used to the sound of your voice
