How to block all IPs for an hour that make requests from port 80?

They attack me with some kind of http flood, while I don't have an http server... By tcpdump I see that all requests come from different IPs, but always from port 80. How to ban all such IPs for an hour, for example?
Is it still possible to do this somehow, using a package fragment?

You can drop all incoming from source port 80 on the firewall.
