How to organize audio broadcasting in stores on raspberry pi?

The task was to automate broadcasting in 4 stores. After an evening of reflection, I thought that, here it is, the time has come for raspberries. Since no special sophistication was required, I decided to do the following:

  • Store tracks and ad units in different folders
  • make a script that will compose a playlist, inserting an ad block after each Nth song
  • upload all this to Yandex disk
  • After successful synchronization, restart vlc on raspberry with the path to the playlist

Sounds like a good plan, I thought. But all my plans were ruined when I found out that there is no Yandex disk client for Linux for arm architecture.
You can connect via webdav, I know, but in 2 stores 3G modems and the connection is not stable and you won’t get enough traffic.
Does anyone have any ideas? rsync? windows are everywhere in the office and I would not want to start a separate machine for it. What are the options for this arrangement?
Maybe someone had experience of introducing radio broadcasting on a limited budget?
