Hello. I work for a small company. There is no system administrator as such. There are 5 cars in the office. The Internet goes over a twisted pair cable through dlink 615. How can you restrict access to social networking sites: "classmates, vkontakte, facebook" so that they can't go there in any way? Thank you.

There is no technical solution to your administrative problems.
If users with administrator rights work on computers, then bypassing / disabling the blocking will not be a problem.
