How to block a website on OpenSUSE Linux?

Something like parental control. You need to block access to several sites by IP on one computer.
I'm digging in yast'e, but have not yet found how. What are the possibilities of a firewall to block access to a site in Linux? How is it generally done?

PS I am not Roskomnadzor and have nothing to do with it!

I can offer you three dozen options. If by IP, then block with iptables, if by DNS names, then at least in /etc/hosts write them to 127.0. and wrap it with iptables. Also, by ip, you can route the necessary IPs somewhere into space, for example. Refine the task.
