How to block a user in aiogram private chat?

How can I block a user in a private chat? I searched in the docks, there are solutions only for group chats. If such functionality is not provided, is it possible to terminate the session with the user, so that he would need to start the bot again? And then writing an additional query to the database for each function that checks the lock is a bad decision.
