How to block a smartphone, a special case?

In general, I don’t need a lock during the day on my smartphone, so it’s turned off, the type of lock is “Swipe on the screen”, but I need it to lock at night (for sleep), it’s a must! The smartphone itself does not have such native functionality (the timers do not need to be set manually), can someone tell me a third-party application that would provide this feature.

There are no such problems on phones with a fingerprint scanner.
But that's not your case, is it?
If there is wearable equipment, such as a smart watch or a fitness bracelet, then you can set it not to ask for a password when it is nearby, you can also use bluetooth headphones (keep them on nearby and turn them off at night).
Or, go through options with third-party blockers (the market is for help) until you find one that is launched by an icon or from a widget.
