A certificate for IP will not be issued to you just like that (at least you will have to look for such a CA), so register a domain, issue a certificate for it (you can even Lets Encrypt), then - as usual.

Issue a certificate to an IP. You will have to issue it yourself, because no one will issue such a certificate. Or take a free domain and a certificate for LE for it
