Which router to buy if you have 30-40 computers?

Let's not say fuck me 30 computers. Please tell me the equipment for adequate traffic management for 30+ computers, preferably 50-60.
I bought a MikroTik 2011iLS-IN RouterBOARD, as a result it turned out to be manufactured in 2011-2012, the junk is shorter ...
Then I already bought a MIKROTIK CRS125-24G-1S-2HND-IN switch, as a result, if you turn off Fasttrack, the processor is enough to transmit 125Mbps, well, this is 24 port, they say 4-5 Mbps per port, well, that’s also ...
Since I don’t want to do it 3 times, I ask you, what kind of router and switch are needed in terms of power?

Now about my goal:
I have 3-5 providers where 3 are mine and one more brother and parents. (well, I use all)
Because it's easier and more stable than using a proxy. especially if it costs 250-300 rubles
The goal is to create 1 local area network for all computers running from these providers.
Without knowledge in networks, I thought to buy one powerful router and plug 4 wires outgoing from the routers that the providers gave into it. And then I’ll figure it out somehow. hy
And connect 1-2 switches to the main router and distribute them to computers.
Question. What devices are needed for this? If the goal is sometimes to download files up to 1GB
Google cloud is connected to all computers and sometimes I can throw something massive into it or specifically for transfer to other computers.
As I understand it, I need 1 powerful router and 2 switches.
Taking into account the fact that the switch costs 14k, it barely works if 24 computers are connected to it. I'm looking at something more expensive.
2 routers that I thought were 80k high.
MIKROTIK CCR1016-12S-1S+
https://mikrotik.ru/katalog/katalog/hardware/route...

MIKROTIK CCR1036-12G-4S-EM
https://mikrotik.ru/katalog/katalog/hardware/route...

Is this enough or is it possible to take it cheaper, I hope they will not need to be changed for another 5-10 years.
I will add that I would like each computer to have a guaranteed minimum channel of 20Mbps, with the ability to use all the extra (free) speed. (although this is already routing and does not relate to the topic of the question)
I ask you not to throw yourself at me, someone will buy an iPhone for that kind of money, but I'm a better router.

@Dima_E

RB3011 will do
it No, RB4011 is better - it costs the same now, but in numbers it is twice as productive as
CCR, I think it's just an "overkill" in such a task

Something I do not believe, should cope with the load without problems.
