How to bind photos to coordinates?

Hello dear forum members.
Need your hint. There are photographs, shooting from the air of a certain area.
There is GPS information. That is X,Y,Z, Omega, Kappa, Phi coordinates and camera focal length.
Please tell me a free program, or a paid one, in which there is a Trial version,
where you could enter these parameters and get X, Y photos. Processing, correlation of photos is necessary. Photos are diagonal, that is, taken at different angles.
And the second question. Tell me a program (Trial version) that could read the processed information
and ... either open the selected photo on the map in the correct coordinates, or build a shape file from the received points.
