How to bind an object to a Google Maps map in ReactJS?

Hello!
There were two questions about working with maps:
1) I want to bind a block to a specific place on the map, and so that when viewing the map, all these blocks are displayed next to the points to which I attached them. How can this be done with ReactJS?
2) How can I make it so that if I link two records to Moscow, then with a large zoom they will be in different places, and when zoomed out, these blocks merge into a list (usually this is done on sites with real estate)?
