How to bind a domain to a Flask server on Windows?

Dedicated server on windows 10 pro, put a flask there, connects via ip, but through cloudflare tied the domain to the ip of the server, it doesn’t connect via the domain, I tried many options, it doesn’t work, what could be the reason. Error 521 webserver is down
