How to bind a domain in Nginx to a server without a panel?

I would like to understand the principle itself. I had a domain, I see such a panel in the same place:

I have never done this (only coded and typeset), so I don’t know what needs to be changed in the Nginx server configs, and what is on the panel above.

On the given DNS panel, you need to bind the name (Name field) to the site's ip-address (Target field).
Everything else is in the web server configs.
