How to stop nginx that doesn't exist?
There is no nginx on Windows 10 (as I think, I did not install it, I installed only Vamp and OpenServer). But I still have Vagrant and Laravel Valet installed ( https://github.com/cretueusebiu/valet-windows ). I'm trying to start OpenServer and it says that Port 80 is occupied by nginx.
How to stop this and force OpenServer to turn on?
And strange, where is this nginx running? if i stopped vagrant with vagrant halt command ...

But in general, it doesn’t matter in principle, look who holds the port, here’s even a link for you to expand your consciousness :)

PS He likes a lot of software keep port 80, I don’t know what you have for Windows, but if it’s a personal computer, then Skype can easily keep port 80, for example.
