How to become a .net middle with a focus on the web?

I’ve been working as a junior for half a year, it feels like I’m developing very slowly, I’m studying Richter, patterns, etc., but they still don’t give tasks to apply, the knowledge I gain, how can I speed up? Does anyone have a plan to improve the skill? It would be cool if you give me ideas for projects of medium and higher complexity.
Ps In general, I will be glad to any thoughts on this topic))

Keep working. Half a year is still June. And the year is June.

Try in your free time to solve the problem at the level above. For example, if you need to fix an error, think about how to catch such errors in general, what to do so that it does not occur again. Maybe you need to change something in the organization? Write a static analysis tool? Apply pattern? Train someone? Do a refactoring?
Try to analyze not only at the technical level but also at the organizational level. Discuss with colleagues over lunch. Look for what is written in books about this.
Consider which of your ideas are easy to implement, so that they are effortless and everyone agrees?

Growth in prof. plan is very dependent on the environment. A banal job change will give you new tasks that you have not encountered before. When applying for a job, pay attention (ask questions at the interview) first of all, what is the size of the team and whether the code review practice is implemented. Is code style implemented. Being able to watch more experienced developers at work and having them point out your mistakes just gives you a hyper professional experience boost.
