DotVVM analogue for asp.net web forms?

Good day, there is a large asp.net web forms project, which was written back in ~2010, until now, with grief in half, the project has migrated to .net Framework 4.5, but there is one problem, the host hosting the site does not support the .net Framework 4.5.1>= , and performance and beutify UI - it is necessary, it was planned to fasten DotVVM, but even the first version requires .net Framework 4.5.1, are there similar analogues of Framework'a with binding to somehow keep the site in good shape?

Isn't it easier to change hosting? Well, or show them on the calendar, in the column "year"?

These are your problems that you have such an ancient hosting and have no desire to migrate to .net 5
In principle, if you have a separation between the front and the API, then you can smoothly transfer all the features even to dotVVM, even to Blazor, even to React.
