Hello. I got the role of a tester in one company, but my goal is to become a cybersecurity specialist (pentest or protection - I have not decided yet). The problem is that the company does not have an information security department. Question. How can I grow within the company as an information security specialist? Can you show some initiative? but how? It is also impossible to conduct a pentest just like that.
