How to beat bootstrap modal glitch on mobile?

I've been struggling for several hours now, I don't understand what could be the matter.
inside the owl slider, the modal bootstrap window opens on a mobile device only from the second tap.
rather, everything is normal at first, but after some scrolling-openings, it starts to open only after the second tap on the slider card
