How to batch upload product images from one site to another?

There is a nuance:

I have a list of products and the URL of images to them. But not all images are suitable for uploading them by URL to the site
Some images are in webp format and they need to be converted to another format and set some new file attributes I

need a more or less optimal and less time-consuming method
And I need the images that I download to be sorted into folders with the Title of the page or some other designation from the web page, so that later you can find where and what image

The most optimal way: you set the names of the files in the appropriate format - name_date_href_title.jpg.
You pack it into an archive, transfer it further, unpack it on another server and parse the names.
as one of the options.

I am using two programs.
1. ReNamer5.70_Rus_Portable - for mass changing file names
2. XnConvert - Bulk Converts and puts into folders as you configure.
