How to batch bring all mp3 files to the same volume level?

Good afternoon.
Given: a bunch of mp3 files with different volume levels. The whole thing is recorded on a flash drive and listened to in the car. Sometimes you have to turn the volume knob back and forth. I would like to bring the entire collection to the same level.
ps: concrete examples and step-by-step instructions are desirable, and not just links to software with the words "you'll figure it out yourself, smoke the docks".

But doki still smoke himself. I read it for 10 minutes and did it, the GUI is present, I don’t remember the exact icons I clicked right away, but there seem to be two main options, so it’s hard to confuse.
The bottom line is to set it on the file directory and choose exactly to equalize the volume among the files.
