How to ban a certain picture?

My ex-girlfriend has a photo of me on her Instagram that I don't want to be seen.

I want to "delete", I don't want anyone to see it.

How can this be done, maybe there is a "complaint" service to get this particular photo banned?

If you are tagged on that photo, then you can remove it yourself both from the second tab in your account (I don’t know what it’s called, perhaps “photo with you” or something similar), or remove the tag altogether.
