How to backup virtual machines from esxi?

Good day everyone.
There are several virtual machines on win/nix in esxi ,
there is a backup task . does not allow deploying a backup to a new virtual machine, so that in the event of a fox coming to pick up a fallen system , tested software is required, preferably able to work with esxi, ideally under nix or as a separate image with a backup schedule. I have no money, but I will even consider a liquefied version =) Thank you.

Nothing. Vicious crap this full backup. We make reference virtual machines. We deploy what you need from them in a couple of minutes. And we are already rolling backup of specific software on them. And here is already a choice.
