How to backup services from a Windows server?

I ask for advice in choosing backup software based on the task:
1. There is a server under Win2008
2. There is a provider's FTP server for storing backups
Services:
- mysql DBMS
- Folders with data files
- Folders with archive files
Requirements:
1. you need to backup the structure of instances on DBMS with data, with the possibility of recovery
2. you need to backup "Folders with data files" - zip and upload to FTP with a date mask.
need to control the number of archives on FTP!
3. you need to backup "Folders with archive files" - copy to FTP as is.
need to control the number of archives on FTP!
you need to control the number of archives in the source folder on the server (to erase the excess)!

Start - control panel - data archiving.
or
