How to backup data from Synology to windows?

Is available Synology RS814 + tell me how you can merge information from it to the same windows server 2012. Regular means or additional. packages does not work, because there are only 4 options: Locally make backups (there is no point, because if it breaks, then it breaks), backup to an external drive connected to the storage, backup to a similar storage from Synology (also not an option, because .k. you need to buy it again) and merge backups to Linux (also not suitable).
In fact, there is a shared folder on the network, hosted on a server with windows, I would like to copy files there, but synology does not provide such an opportunity, can someone manage to set this up?

although the question was more than a year ago, but I will answer, suddenly someone needs it :)
the simplest thing is to synchronize the selected folders using bittorent sync. And it just works by itself. Set and forget.
