How to backup a partitioned mysql database?

Good afternoon, please tell me, I can’t understand, I did mysql database partitioning not so long ago, my mysqldump backup broke. As I understand it, since the structure of the database has changed, then mysqldump, I can’t backup the database already ??
Please tell me what and how to backup a partitioned database?

Partitioning does not affect mysqldump in any way.
