How to back up site files while maintaining the rights to files and folders?

Good afternoon.
There is a server running Centos 7. Filezilla is used to upload and backup the site. The backup copy is saved in windows (the site is copied, not as an archive, but file-by-file).
When backing up a backup to the server, you have to re-set the rights to files and folders.
