How to back up a site?
There is a 500GB server, old content is automatically deleted over time.
Hosting provides backups for an additional fee, so it's easier to copy the entire site to your local machine.
Once a month, through filezilla via SFTP, I completely copy the site in 10 streams, and erase the old backup, as there is no time to figure out what is deleted, so 300 gigabytes is downloaded again every time.
Is there any program that works like a cloud? Did you download the new one and erase the old one?
Preferably without installation on the server, only via sftp

You can use the cloud service. I can advise Web Support Revolution . FTP connection. You can set both the storage period for backups and their frequency. Additionally, each copy is checked by an antivirus. In addition to backups, you can set up protection against hacks and viruses, connect a CDN.
