A program for a full copy of a flash drive with raspbery pi installed via mac os?

Hello everyone, I ask for help: there is an installed raspbery pi on a USB flash drive.
Through which program on mac os you can make a full clone to another flash drive, disk utility gives an error.
And for some reason, mac os sees only the 265 MB boot partition, but does not see the software partition.
