How to avoid zeroing the routing table after connecting via openvpn?

The problem is this: I connect via openvpn, disconnect, then change the provider (accordingly, the network settings), and the server stops pinging (Network is unreachable).
You have to do `route -n flush` in this case.

If I do not change the provider (and the network settings remain the same), then after disconnecting from openvpn, it is not necessary to reset the routing table, the server pings.

Tell me, is this a problem in the client config? Do I need to add a routing entry there?
