Very often I notice when playing toys on the phone that they show ads for those games that I have already installed for a long time, so by advertising my game it can also be shown to those who already have it installed, can this be avoided? That is, to advertise for example my game was shown only to those who do not have it?

It's impossible. Ads are random and you may already have the game installed. Advertising is managed by the company that provides and displays it.
