How to avoid overlapping layers with a fixed vertical menu?

Hello ALL!
I made a vertical menu on the left, when the browser window narrows, the right blocks of my menu overlap.

Sidebar-nav has a fixed width, and when narrowed, col-sm-2 has a smaller width than sidebar-nav.
