How to avoid fast discharge of a smartphone on cyanogen 11?

Samsung I9192 Galaxy S4 mini DuoS
Tried several vanilla builds of Cyanogen 11 (including the last night ones).
The battery loses 10-20 percent after rebooting the phone. Calibration does not help ... The battery seems to be in order.
For example, it was 60, we overload, we get 40. If it was 40, it will become 30.

- Look for other builds, i9192 is not officially supported by the Cyanogen team
