How to autostart in CentOS 7 when you turn on the machine (server)?

If you mean launching your application / service / script "in" Centos, then the easiest option is to add an entry to /etc/crontab where instead of time specify @reboot
For example @reboot root /srv/scripts/app.sh
If this is a service (your own) then maybe it's easier to find a ready-made one or write your own config for systemctl
But in general, this is not a bad description of Systemctl

The OS automatically starts when the computer is turned on.
Do not forget to take out the USB flash drive.
