So I made edits in the file and I want it to be displayed on the site right away, but such a window pops up every time. How to remove it and make autosave with instant display on the site?

The solution depends on the operating system.
If you are on windows - take winscp. At the same time, it will not be necessary to prescribe file associations in FZ, everything will catch up anyway.
If in Linux - FTP or SSH connection, you can register directly in the file manager and not use FileZilla at all.
