How to autosave a scene/project in Unity?

Today, it has already happened twice that due to a power outage, the project was not saved and had to be done all over again.
I noticed a solution earlier, like when you start the game mode, the scene was automatically saved, then I thought that I wouldn’t need it, but now I can’t find it.
