How to automatically update nginx with nginx-rtmp-module?
I wonder if there are ways like yum upgrade to upgrade? Or with the release of a patch or a new version of nginx, you need to recompile it? (As I understand it, then it is necessary to monitor new vulnerabilities and not blunt)

Make your own repository, install from it, update it and do yum upgrade. You can try both building and automating yum upgrade, but then I would also recommend automating build testing.
Well, that is, in general, there is one correct way for package distributions: install everything and always from packages. And on the server, only apt upgrade / yum upgrade should be performed.
