How to automatically start TheBat! in windows 10 as administrator?

On Windows 10, TheBat requires administrator rights to work correctly. How can I make it automatically run as admin? Without issuing a window with a request for confirmation of the launch.

A bad option is to turn off UAC (
Good, as Artem said from the batch file, write runas / user: NAME c: \ thebat \ bat.exe
