But sometimes they can forget to select a folder and then the next employee will not find the file on the shared disk that is necessary to complete his task. In this case, how to make automatic selection of a folder on the disk when uploading a file in the comments to the task?

In the boxed version, provided that further editing of this file within the task should not be reflected in the source file, I would hook on the events and clone the file to the desired directory.
