How to automatically kill a process?

Actually, the question is this. There is a self-written server.exe, and there is a script.bat that restarts this file if it is closed. But the trouble is, if the "server.exe has stopped working" window pops up, then the script does not work. this process is still running. Whether it is possible to make so (and so) that the window was automatically closed, and process was completed?
