How to automatically check the position of my site for a key query in Google and Yandex?

For example, there is a site mysite.ru and there is a request for "wholesale spoons". How can I get the position of the site in the search results for this query?
So far, only curl comes to mind to parse the results through a proxy (because Google periodically bans)
If through the API it is also not clear how to implement this, and there are limits. And I need to check several times a day, and there are 5 such sites.
If anyone has done something similar, please share!
Thank you.

To automatically remove site positions in Yandex and Google, I use allpozitions.ru , everything suits me. It is possible to withdraw positions for free using XML limits.

For such tasks, I use the service https://spyserp.com/ru/ the prices for checks are affordable, and there is also a free tariff.

And what's the point of checking positions several times a day?
Use some software such as site-auditor or some other full of them with all sorts of settings

Maybe a service, for example:
webstudio2u.net/en/seo-services.html
xseo.in/pos

If the request is exactly one, then check it with pens.
