How to automatically change theme in morning and evening in VS CODE?

In the morning, light comes out of the window and the monitor reflects it and prevents me from working with a dark theme. In the evening, in the dark, it is an eyesore from a light theme. You have to constantly switch back and forth.

Is there any extension that automatically turns on a light theme in the morning, a dark theme in the evening?
