I have Windows 10. It is necessary to implement the ability to change the keyboard layout to Latin (if it is Russian) when starting a certain program. If it is in Latin, then nothing needs to be changed. For example: I click 2 times on the shortcut - first the language changes to Latin (if it is not already Latin), then the desired program is launched.
