How to automatically assign incoming numbers to some Gmail emails in a document?

There is a corporate mail on Gmail. There was a need to write a handler for incoming letters, which, when the "button" was pressed on an open Gmail letter in the web interface, assigned the incoming number to the document and some additional information on the letter. It would be ideal if the assignment of the number took place in a Google spreadsheet while maintaining the trace. information:
- incoming number (generated automatically according to the rule)
- date of the letter
- sender of the letter
- subject of the letter
- body of the letter
- link to the pdf version of the letter. A PDF version of the email is generated at the click of a button and saved to Google Drive.
