How to automatically assign commas at the end of each word in Sublime Text?

I want to assign commas at the end of each of the words in automatic mode, how can I do this?

1. Put the cursor on the first word
   You can do the same with search and "Find All" if you only want certain strings.

if the words in the text are separated by spaces, then you can replace all spaces with a comma space in the global replacement mode.
